Is the overrepresentation of RPD a bug?

The last handful of times I've played, RPD is highly overrepresented as far as which map is used for a trial. I can go 20 trials without playing on MacMillan, whereas RPD will show up at least five times. It's often the first map I play on when playing my first match of a session and It will appear three times within the first five trials, as well.
