No, but there should be.
As a band-aid fix, you could swap Survivors at the last second to hide it.

no, that would prevent the killer from choosing a single person as a target to tunnel. something that would be healthy for the game. so it will never come.

This is what my SWF does. Anytime we don’t, it’s either a lobby dodge, or Sweat / mori every game.

They are dodging because they suspect your in a SWF. Prestige ≠ Skill. Prestige = Time Played.
I had a prestige 80 Survivor that was a total potato while a Prestige 8 Survivor with the skills to pay the bills.

I honestly think the prestige system now is the worst addition to the game. All it does is promote tunneling, and toxic behaviour.
