Unnerving presence decreased skill box: all skill checks or only the 'bonus' checks?

Since its on the shrine, and I have these extra Quatloos, I was thinking about buying it.

Does this mean that all generator and heal checks in the terror radius have a reduced strike zone, or just the additional skill checks the unnerving presence triggers?

    It’s the entire skill check that’s smaller.

    The skill check box goes from [good good good great]

    to just [good great]

    The great skill check portion (the bonus) actually stays the same size.


    However, this is a Trapper perk. Since you already have trapper at base game, I’d say just level him up to unlock the perk and save your iridescent shards for something better.
