Can you guys please test if the perk "Repressed Alliance" is working?
I opened a thread pointing out the bug about a month ago and I thought the perk wasn't working for everybody. However, I have seen some people using it, mostly streamers and youtuber. I talked with some other players on discord and they said the perk is fine. But why is it not working for me?
This is a game I had today. Notice that I can place both Wire Tap and Blast Mine at the same time but Repressed Alliance doesn't activate. It does no matter how many times I use the ability button (my scroll wheel), it just doesn't work.

I used Repressed Alliance several times yesterday without any problems. Though I wasn't using blast mine or wire tap in that build. So I can only confirm that it functions on it's own.
Last time I tried to use blast mine and repressed together, they both triggered on a single button press like your wire tap and blast mine do in the video. That was months ago.

I tested on its own, and it doesnt work still. I had to record a video with wire tap and blast mine just as a proof that I pressed the button

Weird. I noticed your key bind looked like you set it to a mouse button in the video. I have mine set to default (e), so I wonder if that's related.
You might try setting it back to the default to see if that's part of the issue. It's good feedback to the devs for bug reporting if that fixes it.

I tested with E and it worked. Only the mouse wheel doesn't, and only for Repressed Alliance. I had no idea this was possible. How can a single perk not be activated by a particular key bind? The problem is that I already got used to use the wheel for everything (Dead Hard for example). Not gonna change back to E.
Do you think its possible to report this bug? (When I say "possible" I mean would they care)

Definitely leave a bug report on the forums here for it. These kinds of things can happen in software that undergoes lots of changes over time.
Fortunately, something like this is easier to fix because we can reproduce it and it doesn't involve weird situational interactions. Somebody might even know what to tweak just by looking at the bug report. Hopefully it's a quick fix either way.
Glad you have a work around in the meantime though.
