My perception is tainted by working as an auto tech for a long time. I've seen some...stuff. Cars brand new from the factory with missing parts, things not plugged in, wrong parts on the car, you name it. I've seen engines go kaboom with less than 50 miles on them. There are a few brands I would avoid like the plague because I worked on them every day and saw how expensive they end up being. But I won't name them because that's always awkward if someone owns one.
I prefer cars that are super basic and run forever. A Toyota Corolla for instance.
If cost of ownership and maintenance was not a factor, I'd have an Audi RS7

I've owned used cars all my life. Toyota, Ford, Chevy, Chrysler (dodge), Nissan and Honda. Of them all, Toyota was my favorite. If I had the money, I'd like a hybrid Toyota Rav4.
Also, someone explain the OP image, I'm slow and don't get it.
