Nurse Rework Suggestion

When the nurse blinks to a survivor and hits them, she also grabs them and sucks the breath out of them. The Nurse plays an animation where she enjoys the breath absorbed from the survivor. The survivor who was grabbed gains a debuff which decreases their healing speed until they are downed or healed. While this is active, the nurse sees the auras of any healthy survivors. Each additional Breath that the nurse consumes increases her speed and lunge distance but also increases her power recharge time substantially. Until four stacks where her power changes into an attack which allows her to expend all of her breath charges on a single survivor to give them the broken status effect for the remainder of the trial. When a survivor is healed to healthy, she loses one stack of this Breath buff.

Is this a rework or just bizzare buff? It doesn't seem like you touched any aspect of her power, just gave her the ability to apply broken to survivors on a permanent basis on top of aura reading and buffing her blinks. Which uhhhh.... She definitely doesn't need. The rare buff nurse post.

And she should get ANOTHER token for every broken survivor in the trial. Once she gets 4 tokens, the next Survivor to get attacked gets their account deleted.

She loses her power gradually, the more survivors are hurt. It’s a side nerf from my perspective. She wouldn’t be able to do some of the ultra oppressive stuff she does now but still strong.

I’m not sure how the blinks were buffed. She loses them. And after sucking the breath from a survivor her blink would be on cooldown with a longer charge time. So she can’t immediately down them right after.

@igotskiz the removal of her snowball seemed like too large of a nerf so I wanted to give her a way to gradually snowball. Instead of snowballing the whole team in 10 seconds.

After she loses this tokens then the survivors who aren’t broken should have their healing debuff removed as well. Maybe they get a healing buff too? Idk

I just think the current nurse snowball is dumb. The game can end in like 30 seconds after it starts.

You don't expound upon any of this stuff in your post, friend. You say she blinks to a survivor and hits them....... nothing about the blinks costing anything or them running out or anything. The way you describe it is just giving her extra utility. You don't mention any downside at all.

@roundpitt Nurse doesn't need any snowball. Her power is, well, powerful as it currently is. The moment the first survivor gets eliminated from the game is a natural snowball.

Any "snowballing" in the entire game has a little bit of give and take. Hex: Devour Hope lets you insta down and mori Survivors that still have hooks, but forces the Killer to adjust to new targets and can be cleansed. Nemesis' tentacle gets more powerful as it progresses from Tier I to III, but forces you to use tentacle hits which gives Survivors a third health state. Michael Myers Tier I to III removes his stealth and slows him down when building Evil Within but allows him to do certain actions faster and insta-down and in some cases insta-mori after he tops out.

As you've proposed, there is no "give" with the Nurse. She doesn't start out weak and grow stronger. She's strong the moment the game starts. No reason for her to get stronger.

Nurse doesn't need changes to her basekit.
