I down a feng, see a yoichi waiting for a beam save… I leave feng slugged and go for him..
Boom, all 5 gens insta - pop and I get forever blinded.
Meg tells me in the post game chat, “no slugging allowed”
First blatant hacker survivor hacker I’ve had in awhile since the big update.

same here, think the cheaters were let out of jail for Christmas break.
went against 3 in a row the other morning - a default Nancy outrunning me while I had BL and a moonsaw build on a 50/50 then conveniently hiding scratch marks right in front of me, next game, Mikaela vaulting through my Bamboozle, was also somehow faster than me and then booted me offline after I downed them on last hook, next game was a default Steve insta-healing to full while downed.
also watched Otz live go against a speed-hacking Bubba that was playing legit at first.

Looool. I somewhat hope that you didn't make that up and it really happened.
Don't get me wrong, cheating is always scummy after, but this is at least a humorous way to do so and is fast abs but dragging the game on or holding you hostage with a never ending EGC.

it did indeed happen just like that, and that was a direct quote from the Meg. Lmao. It made me giggle. I am ATLEAST grateful that they didn’t drag the game on like I use to experience multiple times a day before the update.

If you hadn't slugged, I guarantee they'd have found a different thing you did that was illegal and "punished" you for it
Basically unless they were able to just bully the hell out of you, they'd have found a reason why you deserved to be punished

Cheating is horrendous in this game anymore. And they don't even hide it cause behaviour doesn't do anything about their "ban" offenses. Literally nothing. The game is quickly going down the gutter due to consistent l0sers using hacks and the fact that players are just the most toxic ever on both sides....no one plays the game for BPs, like it's meant to be played, they either, as a survivor, have to gen rush and leave....boring...or, as a killer, camp and tunnel players out of game....also completely boring and pointless cause you don't even need 1 kill to get max points.
on a side note, all those saying that there isn't cheaters in the game, I can guarantee are probably also cheating LOL

That's verifiably false. CoconutRTS has various videos on him getting cheaters banned. I myself have gotten cheaters banned, as do most other forum regulars. Not a single soul is saying there are no cheaters, no idea where you got that from. Throwing a baseless accusation immediately after that is also not helping anyone.
Also, saying that playing for BP is the "intended way to play" is entitled. People are perfectly allowed to play for the win, no matter what that looks like. It's when the "win" becomes flat-out denying the other side the ability to play that it becomes an issue, in my book. Though that's still a completely different thing from game balance, fun-that-was-had, or even ethics, however.

I believe it results in a ban, the issue is the cheater will just make or buy another account.

I also have a same situation where nearly a week ago all the generators popped after hooking a single person, I should still have the video clip but I am not aware what made it happen or who

I still remember a game where someone DC'd when I downed them while they vaulted a window.
Like, they hit DC before they finished the vault animation and hit the floor, so they were READY to DC.
End of match, that person: "Sluggers don't get 4Ks." Yes; he waited out the entire match to accuse me.
- I don't slug because that does not progress hooks. And leaving someone down when you know their buddy is trying to flashy-save is not slugging.
- This was the first time I downed them that match. They were the second person downed, and the other person was still on the hook. So no slugging happened.
Salty people will use any excuse to exonerate themselves and the actions they are going to take regardless. Like, that dude DC'd so fast, he HAD to have a hotkey or something to cut his connection.
