EU server ,DC penalties off
Anyone know what's happening ? countless DCs until a random Meg told me penalties are off

EU servers are busted. Every other match has extreme rubberbanding. So i guess they've disabled them until they fix it next week when they are back at work. Although i've noticed the penalties have been reduced for about a week and a half actually.

I've been gettin some rubberbanding as well but i wasn't aware they removed DC penalties cuz of that,,I only realized today when we had 2-3 people dcing at the same time and i wasn't sure if penalties are off or people are pulling some kind of Narnia techs

I got some hard rubberbanding last night, but it was only once and the killers name was implying he was using lagswitching as a tech. Thought that was what he was doing, so i reported him. Coincidence?

It's so bad that you cannot even move, DC is the only way, but i wish they had some sort of ping indicator in the lobby so we can dodge

DbD, the game where it's impossible to tell apart bugs, cheats and features.

Servers are ######### so no penalty.

Still wonder why bhvr removed it from lobbies...

Yes, no real logical reason to remove it. I mean, aside from those rubberbanding-issues, it can happen from time to time that you get connected to a Server far away. And it is not really fun if you load in and realize that everyone (Killer AND Survivor) have 200 Ping...
They should not have removed it, but I doubt it would have helped with this. Since mainly the London-Server in EU seems to be affected (I connect to Frankfurt and I did not have any rubberbanding at all), it would just result in players not being able to play at all, since they will most likely end up on the same Server again.

I was wondering why some of my games were literally unplayable and others were perfectly fine, but that clears it up. Thanks for pointing that out

i checked someones profile in lobby randomly, the guy was in Australia and i am in EU, so i managed to dodge that one, but sometimes there's no info on profiles, can't imagine the reasoning to remove the ping indicator but it needs to return or they need to pay for better server hosting
at first i thought it was my connection, gaslighting myself but i have a 1gb connection, i checked my speed during a broken lobby, it's fine but tbh youtube would buffer if my connection was dodgy as it has done in the past

If you connect to both London and Frankfurt, yes, this is the reason. I only connect to Frankfurt, so I have not experienced any Rubberbanding.
And I guess others can only connect to London, so they have Rubberbanding very frequently.
