Is SpaceBilly Still Possible

Im a relatively new player to DBD and I have seen many videos around Space Billy which look extremely fun to do. I am aware of the death of Sky Billy but I have got many mixed answers regarding Space Billy seeing as BHVR has removed and added Space Billy back into the game in the past.

I have already spent a few hours trying Space Billy Spots but to no availl.

Am I doing it wrong or is it simply not in the game?

    BHVR put their hand down and pretty much killed 99% of space billy spots. So unless you discover new spots it's pretty dead yea. Very sad i cried
