You know good and well that nurse nerf is not the only nerf that’s going to happen. I guarantee you that blight will be nerfed because as long as the killer actually has a chance against survivors, it needs to be nerfed.
some survivors are even calling for more nurse nerfs, which what else could you nerf without making her boring?

You can't use brand new part every game and don't play with 3 friends that is not real survivor experience. Play soloQ or at most duo it's just tunnel fest now and that how most experience survivor. I hope they add 2 killer mode some day so I can just play it. I like playing killer but I don't like to be alone agains't team of 4.

Well because of the insane balance of this game, I fully dropped soloQ and play killer more then survivor just to have chill experience without camp/tunnel/3gen frustrations. Killer is way more chill IMO

To be fair Blight's addons are way stronger than nurse's have ever been ,,i'd honestly nerf blight's addons before nurse's if i had a saying

But basekit blight is actually fair. Basekit nurse is already as strong as weaker killer with best addons, but she has some very strong addons to top it off.
No they made right choise in focusing nurse first. Like sure there should be more addon passes (e.g. pyramidhead comes to mind with just 2 usable addons), but devs should focus most problematic killers first (be it from weak side or strong side - this does not matter that much so long as it's most overall problematic thing first).

Ohh surely nurse basekit is stronger than any killer period ,,I just think blight's best addons give way more than let's say double range/ recharge nurse or maybe it was the fact she could use instadown perks ,,,Adrenaline vial / alchemist ring are way more disgusting and yeah i also agree there are other killers that needs addon buffs ,,Poor Pyramid head's addons are trash outside range

It makes you dramatic to claim that the most overpowered killer getting a frankly pretty moderate nerf is a "might as well be a survivor main" situation, as if you specifically need Exposed on the Nurse to stand any chance, as well as to point at the only other overpowered killer and claim that trying to fix that would also be unfair.
Still, if you think you'd have more fun on survivor, by all means. I started playing some more myself, though I would definitely say finding a team is best if all you want is easy wins because you will not get them in solo queue.

1.) I couldn’t care less about the nurse nerf, it’s more annoying that after she got nerf, instead of enjoying the fact that nurse finally got nerfed, survivors would rather just skip and go to the next killer who needs nerfs
survivor mains only care about themselves. They never advocate for any of the weak killers to get buffed like trapper or pig. And instead make post about deleting killers because “I can’t loop it”

Litterally proven wrong in this very thread. Pyramidhead (one of few killers I don't own) needs better addons (from survivor main that currently plays more killer to experience easy matches for a change).

I mean, Nurse and Blight are kinda busted. Sure survivors also do need nerfs in certain aspects (specifically gen rushing), but you can still win with killers other than the most op stuff. Hell, I play Nemesis a lot, and I still get wins despite him widely being considered a mediocre killer. Just because Nurse got nerfed and other op killers will probably follow, that doesn't mean killer is worthless. Believing that you need busted stuff to win is honestly just a skill issue

Blight needs some nerfs, or at least that damn hug tech needs to truly be eliminated. Alchemist's Ring and some other addons gotta go.

i play both sides but mainly survivor and i'd love to see a buff to pig, a rework to freddy's and pyramid heads add-ons, honestly a buff to hag so she doesn't solely have to rely on camping with her traps to be efficient enough.
literally no other killers need nerfing right now, just perks and add-on rework; same with survivors. some perks are in need of adjustments. not all survivors are entitled.
unless you run a SWF, survivor isn't going to be much easier for you.

Sorry but Nurse has been broken for a very long time and these nerfs are not going to have a huge effect on people who are actually good with her rather than rely on crutch builds.
At the very least Blight needs addon nerfs too as it isn't a case of these killers and their broken builds being the only ones having a chance, it is that they are completely broken and destroy all but the most skilled SWF's.... which most players are not.

People always bring up adrenaline vial, but it's not near as good as people think. It is strong don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't put in in the same tier as iri tag, c33 and ring. It makes collision less consistent and because of how adrenaline vial affects flicks it also makes them less consistent than they already are. Simply put rng affects him more, flicks are cooler and full 180's are available and mistakes are simultaneously punished more and less at the same time(collision, flicks being less consistent and rushes coming back much faster as well as having more). I doubt very many people know that you lose the near 100% movement towards the direction of your flick because it continues pushing you in the direction that you initially lunged. Although shoulder flicks are what blights should be going for in the first place for guaranteed hits regardless of adrenaline vial. The upsides out way the downsides quite a bit, but the downsides are much larger than people think. I really don't think it needs to be nerfed, but wouldn't mind in the first place as it pairs with c33 and overall makes mistakes less punishing than they should be. At least alch ring requires you to get a hit in comparison , although alch ring is most definitely op.

Lmao that's what I'm saying, nurse just got easier I literally can't argue it takes a lot of skill at this point to use her and I've been a nurse main and advocate that she takes skill for years now, I expect the killrates to increase with her it felt like easy mode all day on the PTB I'm not sure what they did but it feels better while using her now

This is not only totally untrue but it just shows you're a newbie or you'd realize killers are in the best place they've ever been in, the days of having double pallets at every loop and recovering exhaustion are gone, old BNP that could insta pop a gen gone, hook sabo'd used to stay gone the entire match, ds was available on first down with no hook, insta heals could pick someone up crawling to full health, the old balanced landing was nerfed along with dead hard, every vault was a fast vault and there were true infinites etc... People really don't see how good they have it, if you struggle as a killer in 2023 it's because you're bad the excuses have pretty much ran out at this point for people who still cry about killer

So you think only terrible survivors play the PTB yet there are plenty of content creators who stay on the PTB during this time playing both sides, my MMR on live servers definitely isn't low but I'm not sure if it's on in the PTB or not

This isn't just directed at you but anyone else who doesn't really know what adrenaline vial does to it's fullest.
So if you guys count more than 5 rushes while vs a blight keep this in minds. Hopefully you guys are counting rushes in the first place.
Regardless of adrenaline vial you guys should be forcing flicks and doing everything in your power to never allow for a shoulder flick. Once you force a flick a well timed wiggle or flat out 90 degree turn has a good chance of making a blight miss.
Oh I guess if anyone didn't know a shoulder flick is just using Blights wide hit box that is active for the first 1/10th of his lethal rush lunge which transfers into a very thin hitbox shortly after(which is what makes forcing flicks so important if possible). A shoulder flicks hitbox will as long the blight is touching your hit box connect, if you are side to side he will connect thus a shoulder flick.

Idk why people think nurse is getting nerfed even more. They had their chance to nerf her and all they did was push players to run the stronger gen perks and they gave her an add-on pass and even buffed most of them... the nurse nerf was completely meaningless. Yet when they changed deathslinger they nerfed him hard and have not gone back on it since and that was like 15 months ago.
Balancing devs are very confident in their decisions yet very disagreeable.

Look, whether you agree to it or not, it has been stated in multiple occasions that Nurse is one of the strongest, most overpowered killer in dbd. It shouldnt be a surprise that someday she would need to be nerfed, as BHVR was already balancing perks purely because their interaction with her.
Now, even if you dont want to see nurse 's blink attack activating exposed effects from a survivor perspective, how is that fair to all other killers which attacks are considered special?
If nurse can just teleport at a survivor and instadown them, why would a huntress' hatchet not do the same, or a blight rush.
Said that, if you actually played nurse on the PTB you would realize she is not weak or 'destroyed' at all. In fact, some of her reworked addons look strong as f. Only now you cant cheese an izi 4k by using an agi-starstruck build with a Midwich offering.

What is reason to use one in soloQ game? I rarely see anyone using them so using one of them is hardly going to make any difference in match. I think iri/purple items and add ons were anyway reduced in bloodwebs not that long ago. Hard to get even one purple med kit while prestiging levels.
