we don't like survivors abusing the slug system so we're giving everyone -1 second to make it easier
just why? the survivors already have a lot of places where they can abuse, but do you want to make it easier?
In midwich it was already so hard to find a hook (once I had only 5 hooks on the whole map, and now the survivors can just take 4 offerings on the hooks and be unpunished
I hope that after a series of buffs survivors, you will finally remember about dead m1 killers

Every map has a miniumum number of hooks allowed and I can gurantee you it's not '5'. I've had those same problems in Midwich where one hallway doesn't have a hook on a certain floor. That's true. That's a problem for Midwich being a bad map in general though.
Not sure what you're complaining about -1 second. The wiggle skillcheck system that's in the live game for the last 6 months or so already does that if you hit all great skill checks. They are REMOVING that so it doesn't shave any time off anymore.

I'm confused by this post. Yes, the extra second off wiggle will be gone. Survivors will no longer wiggle out faster for hitting great skill checks. Instead, great skill checks will bump the killer around slightly more. This actually gives you 1 extra second to get them to a hook.

in ptb swinging always takes 1 less, hitting a great zone just increases the strength of the swing

Directly from patch notes. It will no longer shorten time. It will always be the normal time assuming you hit every check.

I’m kind of curious to see if the extra wobbling on the killer movement actually costs the killer more time carrying than the 1 second, I suspect it does. Wondering how annoying it’s going to feel combined with boil over as well.

yes, but you did not take into account that a strong swing will lead to the fact that you will win even more than a second
add flip flop and Boil Over here and you get the reason why RPD was reworked
