have vault on starboard side of boat on top

Survivor vaults said location and ends up on the railing of the boat which leaves them able to hop off to the outside of the boat without running down the stairs, run up and around the railing, drop inside the boat from any point along said railing

• Frequency repeatedly abused by a Nea player with the in-game name 0PK_XD during chases

This made the boat generator impossible to defend as this player was able to use this but to get to places repeatedly where I could not possibly catch her as she was able to just hop outside the boat without an open path for me to follow and if I left her she would just go back onto the generator. This was one of a 3-gen that I had at the end of the game which meant I had no way of defending this as in order to get up on the top of the boat in the first place she could always get there before I got to her.
