Have you ever had a day you just could never escape?

I think today was the day for me 0/10. I played during off hours, and every match I got a mix of newish teammates and/or killers prepped for a 4 man on comms sweat squad.

Today was not my day.

Definitely. For me, it either precedes or follows a day where I have a ton of escapes. If I don't feel like following through as I'm pipping up (or trying to) at Iri or something stupid like that I just try again a few hours later and it's usually changed. It seems to come in waves for some reason for me.

Me and my buddy played together one night as a 2 man. I think we died 10-12 games in a row. Lots of games there was still 3 or more gens left. It was atrocious.

Absolutely! There are some days I'm caught on the first gen right out. XD Over and over.

  • I had a day like that a weeks ago. It was either someone rage quitting or me being the killer's 1K. Recently I stopped caring about escaping, pipping and getting kills. I feel like the old mindset was too exhausting.

    everyone has bad days

5 gen rusher parties in a row, or 5 games against the basement bubba

Happens sometimes. More often than I'd want to admit.

Thankfully sometimes, this happens. And then I feel better, I close the game on a good note, and next time I'll open it I'll be invigorated because it was an unlucky day.

That's not unusual if you're in solo queue.

    Every day :(

That's most days. Maybe not 0 escapes but around 1in 10 games is pretty common 😅.

It wouldn't feel so bad if bad games or no escape still equalled decent blood points on survivor but you also get next to nothing.

I can go AFK as killer and get more BP than some survivor games where you actually try!

I tracked my recent solo q games for a total of 25 games spread out over the last week. I won 3. It feels like I owe the killers money with how ruthless they are.

When my mates aren't online - yeah, I've had streaks like that.

This is the core issue. Unless I get absolutely skunked, I can generally get 20k on killer.

    Survivor...sometimes I'll get 20k on a win.

Yup, idk since the update something changed. I can't vault windows without dying very far from them, palettes won't drop when I push the button which results in me dying and never stunning killers looping is impossible, I can't lose chases anymore, there are these weird long drawn out matches where killers guard three close generators.

I had a lot of luck in solo q before the update, it wasn't terrible. Now it's so bad I have to stop playing for days and come back. My boyfriend notices this when he watches me play, I used to hardly ever die and have fun, now it's just me getting found first, hooked first and dying first from the match. Not fun anymore :(

Plenty of times. Personally I don't worry about it too much and just try to pip and get as many points as possible.

    Those were my games today.

I actually don't know what frustrated me the most from today: my teammates or the killers. Each killer it seemed had a set goal in mind when they played today and that was camp and tunnel the first guy they caught. They definitely came prepared to tackle on a stacked 4 man. Killers bleeding me out for I guess the lols? I don't know but I got bled out a couple times while they hovered my body.

I had teammates self caring against a Legion. I did the only two gens that got done; injured while they had to heal each time they got frenzied. :/ I had teammates unhooking in killer's faces or farming unhooks, essentially killing the game as soon as it begins by allowing the killer immense pressure with at least 2 people on death hook before the first gen popped or letting teammates, me included, die on first hook or being too scared to take aggro when they hadn't been hooked yet after unhooking.

Teammates DC'ing at the start of the game or for the tunneling. A lot of DCs happened today I noticed because of tunneling. When the killer was presented with options, they chose to instead tunnel the guy unhooked when there's still five generators up.

Then there was just me beginning to not play well as it is because I was already frustrated with the above.

I'm a solo player so I expect the minimum of some of this behavior as nothing out of the ordinary but it's usually one or two games in like, ten but today was the worst it's been for a while match making wise.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I just had to take a break it was so mentally draining.

Yeah for sure. As long as I pip and get some good bp though it's okay. We all have those days I reckon

After 6.1 but mainly because I barely play Survivor nowadays, before I could play around 8 to 10 games and it was very rare to not escape at least 2 even on very bad days, nowadays playing 1 or 2 only is easy to not escape a single match, Solo queue only of course...

Blame teammates in most of them for playing like garbage and having no game sense

As I get better at survivor, killer gets further buffs.

Sometimes I have had long periods not to get escape like I die 10 games a row and after that it feels your never going to escape but eventually you will and sometimes they just come in bunches like I can escape 5 times a row some days too.
