I think a generic perk DLC would help improve perk variety
Just an idea!
I think it'd be really cool if BHVR focused on greater perk variety by creating more generic (non-killer/survivor-specific teachable) perks like Hope, Resilience, NOED, etc. I think the last one was Shattered Hope, and before that, I don't remember the last time this happened.
I would propose 4 new killer perks and 4 new survivor perks, for a total of 8! Whilst I appreciate the 'meta shake-up' back in July 2022, the perk variety has once again become stale with every killer seemingly running CoB, Eruption, etc, and every survivor running DH, OTR, etc.

Only if the perks are actually well designed though. There are plenty of generic perks that are bad. And considering the perks that have been coming out with survivors have been bad for a while now and the killer perks are just more and more gen perks i think they are running out of ideas for perks that are strong but not objective focused

There are generally perks that are always useful and you cannot really go bad, if you take them. Then there are those that are nieche or pretty useless in general. Quantity doesn't guarantee quality, so I think it would be better to first focus on making the current underdog perks more useful and then add new ones if they are still needed.

There are already too many (and too many useless) perks in the game.
Each new character guarantees three more perks, which means a minimum of six new perks every main Chapter phase.
I don't think adding more on top is a great idea. Besides, when Bubba (apparently) leaves, his perks will become generics.

Honestly I think they should buff the useless perks first. Lots of useless, downside ridden survivor and killer perks.
