Fnaf crossover
I know it's a very wanted topic but I haven't heard anyone talk about the fnaf crossover could come out with the new movie possibly later this year, also I am hoping for fnaf to come to other games like fortnite or even call of duty, all I'm saying is, please bhvr devs I will only play this game if a fnaf crossover comes out, fnaf has been my childhood since 2nd grade when the first game came out and I've been invested and loved it ever since

I don't think FNAF is a good fit for DBD.
Fortnite? Maybe. It has everything except JoJo. CoD? Nah.

are we going to have a thread a week about the nonsensical animatronic mess again? Well, at least there's a heads up there's more of this on the way.

I feel like it'll bring alot of kids or young teens into this game, and I dont think that would be a good thing. I know those age groups already play this game but there will be alot more. My kids are 6 and almost 8 and love fnaf. My best friend's 12 and 13 year olds love fnaf. They'll all want to play DBD if they see fnaf in it. I wouldn't want to be playing with or against them tbh lol

I don't think BHVR particularly wants that either, given the game's rating. And being always online. And the comical mess that is their chat and reporting system.

Yeah, I feel like a lot of toxic behaviour and hate speech in online gaming comes down to age and lack of maturity. I say that as someone who was a teen once lol
I once had someone in my lobby username '(name) age 5' whose parent was obviously teaching them to play on their account, and the killer ignored everyone until he hunted that kid down and tunnelled him out in like a minute flat. I felt bad for the poor kid but I digress, I'd hate to see more of that with kids excited to play another game with their favourite animatronics. The kid was just wandering in circles. We all know there is an age restriction on this game but plenty of parents out there don't care.

Fortnite, the best example for an attention wh*re of a game that takes any license it can get as long as it generates a slightly bigger target player base.
Edit: But I have to say, since the absolutely unfitting AOT crossover and the NFT BS, i wouldn't be surprised if bhvr would slowly start going in the same direction.

I think you would be surprised how many toxic people are actually fully grown adults who are living good lives.
Something about being anominous brings out the worst in people

Yup, that's why I also said "lack of maturity." That encompasses all ages :)

No thanks, to hell with them getting more money.

After the AoT crossover I find any "it doesn't fit DBD arguments ridiculous. As for FNAF it totally depends on the copyright holders I think if BHVR could do it they will as it would be the biggest chapter on par with Resident Evil and no shot BHVR would pass that up.
That being said the movie coming out doesn't mean anything, people where certain Candyman was coming around the same time the new movie was coming out and uuhhh I don't see any Candyman. These deals often come as a take it when you can get it kinda thing so I wouldn't be looking for any signs of them trying to line things up like that.
Also nobody talks about it anymore because there's really nothing left to say especially after the Hellraiser teasers where a lot of people thought it was FNAF early on. BHVR knows a lot of people want FNAF and I'm sure they'll try to go for it but that alone doesn't guarantee anything.

I dont really care for FNAF, but any kind of "would not fit in DBD" argument is pretty much moot ever since The Trickster was added. The aesthetic is dead, anything goes now.

That is...not the type of fit I was speaking about
