When gonna we get an accessibility option for PHOBIA !!!
I got a lot of trouble with playing BDB sometimes. Like "The Plague" trigger a lot of emetophobia, so I instantly quit the game in progress. I’d like to ask for a menu to choose what killer I dislike to play against, mostly for trauma and phobia like reason.
I imagined it like a list of 4 o 5 killers that wouldn’t appear at the time they are selected. Furthermore, I would like to modify it (Can never play against The Plague, forever) but sometimes I don’t want to have "Stalker" type to play against like The Shape, Ghost face and Legion but not every game just time to time. And adjust the killer pool to be more accessible for anyone, not just me. (Maybe some peeps cannot stand Stalking Ability as Phobia too).
I know this is a game that play with killer from Horror setup, and they are mostly graphic. But not all of them are this untenable and are fun to play against.
With love, please Consider Adding some help to us who love the game but are force to fast quite a party for a reason like this. It’s unfair to us, but also to the killers, who get a group of people disconnecting for such a reason.

The purpose of a game is not to set up the players' phobias, nor to act as a therapy.
The goal of a horror game is to offer content that correlates with the theme.
Because if it does, they're going to have work to do.
Acarophobia (Adiris)
Achluophobia (Dredge)
Achmophobia (All killers with a weapon such as a knife)
Bacillophobia (Adiris)
Coulrophobia (Clown)
Dysmorphophobia (Dredge / Blight / Billy)
Ecclesiophobia (Crotus Prenn)
Germophobia (Adiris)
Hematophobia (The whole game)
Hylophobia (Red Forest / Mc Millan)
Machairophobia (All killers with a weapon such as a knife)
Maskaphobia (Legion / Bubba (?))
Mysophobia (Adiris .... again)
Necrophobia (The Game / Borgo ...)
Nosocomephobia (Lery)
Nosophobia (Adiris ... the return of revenge)
Thanathopobia (Need an explanation ?)
It reminds me of one time, the Dredge had just arrived in game, and a player had complained about being uncomfortable with his sound design because of the whining and voices you hear in the background when playing against it.
If gamers are sensitive to this sort of thing, it's up to them to avoid games/movies that JUST potentially deal with this sort of thing.
DbD is a game about death, horror, and danger.
And it's normal to see death, horror, and danger.
I would add that over time, DbD has become more of an e-sports hide-and-seek game than a horror game, and it's actually very satisfying to see some elements that remind the player that the original theme was horror (Dredge).
I can't wait for them to create another REALLY creepy and horrific killer.

Personally, as someone who plays Plague a lot, while I don't agree with the idea of having a pool of killers you can't ever be matched against, I think it would be a good idea to add in some kind of option that locally (i.e., only for the survivor) mutes puking noises and gets rid of the puking visual effect while keeping the green aura on sick survivors. That way, the killer can still hear them and use it for tracking, but an emetophobic person doesn't have to suffer through hearing those noises or seeing their character throwing up all the time.
I love Plague, I love her power, I love her aesthetic, I love everything about playing her--but I always feel bad when someone DCs upon me using my power on them. I'd much rather there be some kind of option to help emetophobic people than have games ruined by people having to DC.

It is obvious that a phobia is neither fun nor pleasant, and we can only hope that people who have one will be able to work on it to move forward.
However, what would James Cameron say if someone with aquaphobia criticized his film and asked him to release a version in which all the shots in which the ocean appears would be removed?
What would James Wan say if someone who had been kidnapped and tortured attacked his film (Saw) and said that it was necessary to remove all the passages about these things?
HOWEVER, if it is an option, and its activation is fully up to the player, I have nothing against it.
