Stage 2 after successfully unhook myself

There is a bug when I unhook myself between the 2 sacrifice stage the game validate me I went to stage 2 but the unhook was successful. This bug was unexpected for me, so I couldn't make a video when I realized on the 2nd hook I died instantly.

    Yup. Can confirm this just happened to me as well. Freed myself with 4% chance and for some reason it counted an extra hook stage and I was already put on death hook.
