The Saloon Offering Change still feels wrong
The sentiment behind it is appreciated, but as people have pointed out, all other instances that reference and even make light of self-harm and suicide are still there.
The change feels hypocritical, especially when there's instances that make light of the topic, such as Hooked on You (granted, that one isn't main-game, but it's still been greenlit as it is)

The other problem is that they have replaced the rope with a shard of bottle, which may well suggest an act of violence, suicide, or murder.

But the game have a lot of it anyway. Hanged people are still there. This change is pointless af.

If you can't tell the difference, that kinda says something about how pointless and hollow the change was.

And there were good alternative suggestions during PTB. AND lots of people pointing out the hypocrisy. It's baffling
