Perks: Left Behind, Sole Survivor, Low Profile, Hope
Items: Map w/ Black Silk Cord add-on.

Left behind, Spine Chill, Low Profile and a healing perk (Inner Healing generally).
You can also sub for Plunderer's, but you might not get a key.
Key with blood amber and beads.
Black Cord is for maps.

Sole survivor, self care, left behind, low profile or wake up or sometimes open handed if i want the hatch specifically
