4 Blink Nurse
Who thought this is what Nurse needed? :p

Going back to origin doesn't help when a survivor holds W.

True but it just means there's even less reason to try and ever loop her. You're outright punished for NOT holding W.
3 -
You shouldn't be looping to begin with.
13 -
Eh. I can't really think of any scenario where I'm burning blinks to nowhere and need to return. There's honestly no reason to run add ons as a good Nurse at this point.

Just feels bad that survivors are forced to hold W against her.
1 -
You are actually supposed to hold w against nurse not loop her ,,her addon brings her back to the original position she blinked from first ,,so if you stay in that same tile it's you doin it to yourself,,if you hold w as you should chances are you're good to go
5 -
Best action against Nurse is to break line of sight and then mindgame.
6 -
This is what I always figured. If you're within her blink range then holding W is pointless, you need to do at least some amount of mindgaming.

That addon wasn’t even a problem on PTB. As soon as you (as a survivor) realize she has it, you know that in order for her to use it she has to blink back to original position which gives it a lot of counterplay because that’s a very limiting restriction.
The actual problem was running it with Torn Bookmark and having 7 blinks. Torn Bookmark just shouldn’t even exist at all, instead they nerfed Jenner’s and made it nearly useless again.
(And to put the icing on the cake, they didn’t even update the description to reflect it only restores 1 blink now so it’s not even correct.)

Both work,,safe nurses will blink to last spot they lost LOS and take things from there and some will try predicting,,,it's honestly a 2 way thing ,that's why i enjoy nurse chases
1 -
Correct
1 -
I also love them.
Sometimes i even get a message in the endgame chat about the chase. I think some nurse players are just happy that people don´t instantly dc or give up. But try to run them instead.
3 -
I love nurse chases too
2 -
I will never experience it as survivor anyway, I'd rather face 10 blight in a row than facing her
1 -
Blight is far more fun than nurse. Even if they are horrible behavior-wise.
1 -
The thing that divides average Nurse players from the exceptional is that average are only blinking safe while the exceptional will go for predictions and if they have a ton of experience their predictions are usually accurate.
1 -
Many Nurse players also show a lot of respect if you can run them well. I've almost never seen that from a Blight player. I once had a match where one instantly DC'd and I run the Nurse for 3 gens until she gave up. She still won because the other two went down fast but she seemed so impressed by my performance that she gave me hatch.

Wait, what? What else should they do, then? Shift + W is not especially fun.

yeah.the prediction ones tend to be more experienced and know the tiles better ,,they are more fun for sure

I firmly believe that if more players would take some time to learn how to play against her, then no one would complain about her.
But the amount of players that just give up is simply to high. Which is a shame.

There has never been any reason to try to loop her. (And maybe that's why some survivors struggle so much against Nurse)

Running around an object like its a normal M1 killer is not the proper approach. Camping pallets too.

running around objects and predicting movement for the mindgame besides countering an actual COUNTERABLE power due comprehending how it works is 1000000000000000000000000000000000 times funnier than a coin toss game that usually nurse wins anyway so its like a rigged coin. Nurse is unfun to play against for 99% of the community.

Blight players are usually most sweaty all they care about is their 4K. Even matchmaking seems to expect that as I tried to play blight after months and I got faced agains't most sweatiest survivors in a long time.

Im bored of blight facing nurse at least is interesting and they play more fair.

Totally not a biased take. 99% of the community sure buddy... Do you have actual statistics of how many people don't enjoy facing the nurse or are you just being ridiculous because YOU don't enjoy facing her? You are confusing your own opinion with the opinions of the community as if you are their voice. In reality people are being pretty split about her based on what I saw. But I guess because you don't enjoy facing her, nobody does.
2 -
The reason why so many struggle against the Nurse is because they don't want to learn how to play against her. The DC button or 4% seem to be more interesting to them. If people refuse to improve then it's not surprising that they die against her after 10 seconds.
2 -
My words exactly. People don't want to improve against the Nurse since she requires her own kind of counterplay so they rather give up and complain about her afterwards. People who practise a lot against good Nurse players are terrifying to go against. I know some strong Nurse mains and if they have time I often do 1v1s against them and I'm getting better and better against her.
4 -
the best counterplay is to use line-of-sight blockers. run to a place where she can't blink straight to you, but has to predict what your next move will be. the more possible moves you can make, the better.
if you run behind a rock that's 15 meters away from her, she needs to predict if you're going to keep running a circle around the rock, or you're going to double back, or just stay there, or run straight away from her using the rock as cover, or run away at an angle, and if you're running away from the rock at an angle if it's left or right. there's half a dozen different options, and she can only cover at most a couple at once.

Why would they try when BHVR has time and time again proven that they cave into demands? There’s no reason to improve if the devs always listen to complaints.
1 -
Thats a good mindset.
1 -
This is the scary part that got good things nerfed.
1 -
Loop a nurse is useless?
That's probably why Dan is one of the best Nurse Loopers around...
0 -
I don't know that individual.
I almost always agree with what you write so maybe we have a different definition of "looping". Bar a few fringe cases, looping a Nurse ends badly pretty fast as far as I'm concerned (playing both as the Nurse and the survivor).

im not confusing nothing, ask the community not here, ask anybody that is not a comp player (also playing with their comp players against said nurse) just in solo q see what people say in chat, people hate the nurse this is basic knowdlege, like extremely basic knowdlege. the thing is u can not take or understand the exageration with the 99% may be 99% may be 80% who knows, but most at the very least, and always ask do u like to face GOOD nurses?. because u must never forget that, bad nurses are one thing good ones other.

Most people I've been talking to enjoy playing against her a lot and yes I enjoy facing even a good Nurse. You have no idea just like me how many people like or dislike playing against her all you do is to think you know the answer. There is no common sense knowledge about the whole community despising her so stop saying stuff like that.
