Kill Switch update: The issue affecting Baermar Uraz's Ugly Sweater has been fixed and the cosmetic has been reenabled in all queues with this update.
FPS issues with the event (fireworks)

Every time a survivor gets hooked or a gen completes and the fireworks go off in the vicinity of your character, the frames massively drop, for both killer and survivor.
PS5 here, but I know it occurs on strong PCs as well.

Happens on pc aswell and i thought it was just me with a potato computer

This is the most painful part of this update. It’s disorienting. I’m sure there’s an Engine.ini configuration setting to fix this, but lord knows what that might be. Maybe something related to light/reflections.

maybe though PS players can't change them so wouldn't help me :D

I have the same problem with PS5. I feel it most when the last generator is finished. But I can feel it in the game as well. I feel like the ps4 version is better now
