Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.
Missing event BP daily log in
Today (1/26) when I logged into the game I didn't receive the 50k BP daily log in reward. I did receive the log in reward on 1/24 and 1/25. According to the Lunar New Year event blog post we are supposed to get 50k BP every day when we log in from 1/24 - 2/7. I'm on PS4.

On steam I came here to say the same thing. My friend didn't receive the reward either. It seems like it's not a common problem, though. Only few unlucky ones didn't get it.

Same here, I didn't get it for 2 (I think?) or 3 days but I got the reward for today.

A few of minutes ago I claimed today's log-in reward, but still miss the yesterday's one.

Looks like they fixed the missing log in reward from yesterday. I got 2 50k BP log in rewards today, one earlier and one when I logged back in after this announcement.
