Hi,

i've been permanent EAC banned and now when i buy a new account this one also get banned. I could explain why but i think most won't believe me and because EAC hasnt a heart, explaining makes no sense at that point. So there is my question:

Is it possible to get a new account on a legal way without having fears to get banned another time? Is there a possibility that i can play DbD on this Windows-PC with the parts which are build in now without spoofing etc?

EAC is Easy-Anti Cheat and they have a zero tolerance policy against cheating. What i never did. And i explained them the way to my ban but like its said the have a zero tolerance policy. And now is the question if they ban every new account because of the HWID from the build-in parts like CPU etc or if they only ban because there is a program EAC dont like. And i hoped someone has maybe experience with something like that.

Ok i'll explain it. I should say that it may sounds weird i know but thats the truth. I'm a code developer and was interested in understanding how such a program works so i downloaded one started it and checked what it does in background etc. Then i shut down the pc because of other stuff. Later that day i started the pc again to play DbD !without any cheat etc! and after a few games i got this permanent ban. I never used this program to hack or cheat or whatever... but it was on my ssd in the moment i played. I know it sounds weird but thats it.

We do not discuss bans on this forum. I am presuming you've already contacted our support team to discuss your ban. Other than that we cannot help you here.
