Does Vigil affect Incapacitated?

The question is easy. Vigil decreases recovery time for every negative status effect, that comes from the perks/addons. The description of the perk mentiones every status effect BUT incapacitated. So does VIgil decrease it? It should imo, but it is as well possible that it doesn't.

    I run Vigil very often, but I actually don't know if it's the case. Ill test it with my friends tonight and get back to you if others haven't already.

    If the perk does not mention the Incapacitated debuff, then it does not have any effect upon Incapacitated.
