Since we're trying to make solo queue as strong as premade groups
Where are the changes that make bottom 2/3rds of killers equivalent to Nurse and Blight.

BHVR doesn’t see these changes as survivor buffs but instead just QOL (they’ve explicitly stated as much). Therefore I wouldn’t expect any killer buffs in response.

You've mistaken the process.
Solo is boosted to SWF and Nurse/Blight are lowered to Pig.

What could they possibly give Trapper that would put him on the same level as Nurse?

They explicitly stated they will monitor performances based on the changes and will decide if killer changes are needed for the survivor changes then according to data, feedback etc

For example, his traps are now deadly, any survivor stepping into it, dies instantly. That would make him as strong as Nurse lol

And then Pig gets lowered to F-Tier Freddy.

It doesn’t matter how many buffs you give killer they will never be as strong as nurse.
How would you even buff them to make them strong while still keeping there identity? Twins are getting reworked next but sadly they might get the Freddy, Doctor treatment where they get completely redone.
And people are already saying knight needs a rework

Don't have strong tiles spawn next to each other would be a good start.

He doesn't need to be Nurse level, but he should have been allowed to start with all of his traps a long time ago. Setting speed should be 50% faster and bag base carry should be 3.
He also needs his diamond thong cosmetic from Hooked on You. I've never seen it and only heard vague rumors about it, but my imagination has made me very naughty.

Survivors complain about every Killer, not just Nurse/Blight. Its comical at this point.
Wesker was the flavor of the month before that. Then Sadako a few months ago. Then Dredge's "Ow my eyes" power. Trickster's add-ons were UNACCEPTABLY Op.
Seeing a pattern?

This complaining is starting to get out of hand. There are plenty of problems in DBD, but the new HUD isn't one of them. It's not the same as comms, and most perks designed around denying survivors information are unaffected.

You do kinda conveniently forget about something there: killers pick rate is usually disproportionally high during the weeks after release. Every killer has an extremely annoying aspect. Not everyone capitalises on that extremely annoying aspect but if you run into the killer a lot then you will also run into the annoying things a lot - and are more likely to complain. Usually, there is a point reached where the frequency is low enough to warrant no more than an eye roll. It doesn't make certain mechanics or add-ons or synergies any less annoying or OP - it's just less of a hassle to go gg next and move on.
To OP:
That being said; if the remaining 2/3rds of killers (wherever that number comes from - but let's assume that's exactly how the numbers are for the sake of the argument) are pushed to Nurse/Blight level (not that I know how - let's assume that's possible) it would result in killrates exploding and in all killers getting massive nerfs and survivors massive buffs until the killrate is right again. Which, tbh, I think would be a good thing in the long run. Certain killers/perks bottleneck balancing the killer side atm. Just like the Solo/SWF is bottlenecking the balancing on the surv side.

You cannot buff Trapper to nurse levels, there has to be a range for skill expression/flavor.
Edit: But he could use some love.
