weird afk killer accounts

I keep getting matched with killers with names like "quick game" and "free pip" - and they just stand there either not moving at all, or hitting the air and not moving. Really annoying, keep reporting them but it keeps happening.

  It's not beneficial though, with no chases, no unhooking, no healing etc. at best you can get 0 pip, sometimes it is -1.
