Played against a survivor that burnt this offering. It doesn’t currently exist in the game so I can only assume it’s the next map coming to the game.

No. The noose icon for Glenvsle was changed to a bottle for a specific reason. It was announced. Has nothing to do with any leaks or new maps added to the realms.
