One tweak to the any means necessary buff
The perk should have a cooldown per pallet, to prevent people spamming it on the same pallet, dropping it and resetting it over and over again

Couldn't you just kick the pallet then? You kicking it takes priority over the survivor picking it up.

Just kick the pallet I'm pretty sure you take priority when the survivors is picking up the pallet

Can't kick it if the survivor is halfway across the map doing it every 5 seconds

If you saw them drop it why didn't you interrupt them and kick the pallet
If not who cares they are not doing gens meaning they are wasting time and helping you.

I'm confused, do you mean if a survivor is trolling by dropping and resetting a pallet to be annoying? They can just do the same thing by jumping in and out of a locker

If your concern is that survivors will do this to farm points, then just remove the bloodpoints from resetting a pallet, they’re not necessary.
The only actual issue with this I could see arising is with the pallet on The Game where you can stun the killer and force them to fall down, then pick it up with no cooldown, but they should just change that specific pallet if it becomes a problem.

Dropping + AMN repeatedly to troll you with noise notifications is highly unlikely when dropping a pallet and fast vaulting repeatedly takes less time and less effort.

This isn't any worse than people spamming fast vaults. It's actually less intense.

So, you are worried that survivors will be trolling and wasting time?
What is the issue? I really don't get it?
Like the only killer this change can affect is nemesis because survivors can freely kill his zombies. Every other killer is shouldn't really care.

No difference then from jumping in and out of lockers or vaulting over and over. Same noise notification. No point.

Noise notification spam needs some sort of deterrent other than "the killer is probably gonna come over there to bonk you"
