Eruption Nerf Is An Example Of Terrible Balance In DBD

BHVR continues to destroy certain perks in order to "change the meta" but the way they've gone about in some cases is just terrible design.

When you nerf a perk, the aim shouldn't be to nerf it so much that barely anyone is going to use it, the aim is to make it less powerful but still have some redeeming qualities. This Eruption nerf is clearly designed with the sole purpose of kicking it off the most used perks and act like that's a win for you, its not. The same things happened with DS and Ruin where they were destroyed to the point where get almost no value from them anymore. DS stun being nerfed to the point where it barely gives you a chance to get away, Ruin being old Ruin level 1 which always was and is laughable and now Eruption with a laughable regression and aura reading that gives it to you (in most cases) at the worst time.

Unless I want to slug, what's the point of the 10 second aura? if I don't slug then what good is those 10 seconds once I've spent the time hooking the person I downed. the scream already tells me what gen they are on so its really not that good unless I want to slug. Stop destroying perks and balance them properly.

    Concuerdo contigo los desarrolladores deberían tomar encuenta a ambas partes para mantener el equilibrio, la verdad es que le dan mucho mucho valor a los supervivientes, tendrian que tener en cuenta a los asesinos también. Claro maten a erupción pero háganse a los ciegos con las premades con chat de voz comunicados en todo momento, que no es parte del juego y es una gran ventaja extra, o con la perks: demuestra lo que vales (demuestra el genrush), resiliencia , con los 4 survis con cajas de reparación con recambio a tope. Para que sea equilibrado tenga que tocar un poco esas perks también, no lloro por erupción pero lo justo es que también toquen las perks de genrush meta, o no puede destruir totalmente a erupción hay muy buenas ideas de cómo cambiarla sin destruirla en los foros
