Shop rotation for event cosmetics.
I would like to see a shop rotation for previous event cosmetics that only come back once a year. I forgot to buy Feng Min's Down the Rabbit Hole outfit during the last event. I didn't play DBD much during that time and now seeing it in matches makes me wish I had bought it when I first saw it. In fact there are several cosmetics I see often in matches that I wish I could buy without having to wait until the next time they're back in the shop. I was thinking maybe a weekly rotation of past event cosmetics so there would be a way for players both current and new to purchase past event cosmetics without having to wait up to a year for them to come back in the shop.

I am with you, but I think there should not be any time-limited collections at all. Leave every cosmetic to be available to buy all year round! 🤑

I think there would need to be some time between seeing them in the store so as to maintain a level of rarity and uniqueness. A shop rotation would allow for more chances to buy previous event cosmetics while also making them not as common as the base line cosmetics that are always available to the characters. Maybe they could also have a "for you" section that has cosmetics appear based upon the characters you play the most and the cosmetics can be from any time in the game's past.

A weekly rotation is unnecessary.
Putting the cosmetics in the shop is perfectly fine.

If the cosmetics are to retain a sense of uniqueness to their event then yes it is necessary. My suggestion is just to give a way to purchase these cosmetics more often throughout the year without having to wait an entire year to buy them. There would be no reason to even have event themed cosmetics if they were always available.

If you want the cosmetics to "retain a sense of uniqueness to their event" then they could do something special during said event.
Similarly to how lunar new year toolboxes discharge fireworks when you hit a great skill check. Removing them from the store, even for a minute, isn't the answer.

I'd be happy if they showed up in the shop even just a couple more times throughout the year. Event themed skins are always cool and they do help build some hype around the events. I've noticed in Overwatch for example previous years event skins are showing up in the shop randomly which I think is awesome and I'd like to see that happen in other games with a shop as well. I wouldn't mind either way if they were always available or only available in a shop rotation way. The only thing I don't like is only having them available during the event itself. Sometimes I'll look at a new skin and think about getting it at a later time. Its usually when I see it in game used by other players that I decide to buy the skin for myself. I see outfits in matches all the time that I look for in the store after the match is over but often times they are past event skins that aren't available at the time.
