It might not be a robot Killer...
From the teaser it looks like a Skull that will be used on that small device (on the blueprint). It could be a drone as some people suggesting (Skull drones around the map). It could be a Female Engineer from future who designed some tracking device drones or some kind of traps. Maybe Its not flying drone since that would be hard to make and on some maps it would be very hard to make real and work. It could be like a driving mini car drone and maybe you can make it explode or something when you get close to a Survivor.
Anyway I just hope if it's really a drone type of power, hopefully there is more to it rather than scouting a map. What do you think? What type of power it could be?

The idea of a skull floating around the map haunting survivors is pretty exciting and terrifying at the same time. Anything that adds more spook factor to the game is a win in my opinion.

It's not really a my idea, I read it from others but now when it comes to it... the whole name of the chapter "Tools of Torment" sounds like the power could be mech tools rathen then a robot itself.

I'm fairly confident it's an original chapter.
If it's licensed, this is a vague ass hint.
I think we're still due for one more licensed Killer this year, so if this is original, I think that confirms Anniversary is licensed.

My first thought was Terminator. The skull looks and moves VERY similar to how the cyborgs do in the movie. We just got an original chapter and they usually release original>licensed>original>licensed.
I think this will be a licensed Terminator chapter, but we'll see!

Big note that it's not a license chapter is that there is only one copyright on the teaser....with other past ones the copyright was a hint to what's coming.

Ohhhhh, I didn't even think of that... Good point! I hope it'll be both someone fun to play and play against. Wesker was very refreshing. While he has an *awful* amount of bugs, he never really feels oppressive on the survivor side and is fun and not too weak to play on the killer side.

I'd be highly surprised if it wasn't a Terminator. At first I thought the skull was a Servitor skull from Warhammer 40K but then I noticed the logo at the bottom right (about 10 seconds in) and I dont know but that does seem to be the Skynet logo.

Given things I've recently seen I have a feeling this killer is gonna surprise everyone, I'm pretty sure it's not what anybody thinks it is.

I don't think that's the Skynet logo. The skynet logo is a triangle with a defined Y in the middle. The logo in the teaser isn't quite that.
I do believe we will see a terminatoresque chapter. Not Terminator directly, but a homage to the terminator by BHVR. Besides the general imagery, the font choice for the title pays direct homage to Terminator franchise, IMHO. It's not a direct copy of the font, but it is similar to one of the movies font choices.
