Nah the leaker quit bc he was tired of leaking. I agree though not knowing what the next chapter is going to be is pretty exciting.

The "Bubba leaving" leak was a sting to root out the leaker. Basically they made it look like Bubba was leaving, so they could get the leaker to out himself by spreading the info.
So now DbDLeaks has no one on the inside.

I'm actually happy that the chapter isn't leaked this time around. It brings in room for speculation and theories, which is the most fun part for an upcoming chapter.

Strange, he is quit after his Bubba leak confirmed to be fake, it was a trap to get out the leaker, the truth is no there is no longer an insider who can leak these

100%. Even if this chapter ends up not being to one's taste, the excitement of the unknown is still an experience to enjoy. I'm looking forward to being completely wrong about what i think is coming 😆

Nah they did more then just (alledgedly) root out someone leaking stuff
They tightened up security on their patches to make datamining all the cosmetics harder. Notice how literally nobody knew Birkin was coming to the game until he released
I don't know if I 100% buy the conspiracy angle but I want to just because it's hilarious

Normally, I'd agree but I saw the Hooked on You skins leaked like 2 weeks ago and the Valentines skins.
Maybe the cosmetics leaker is a different person.

It wasn't the models that got leaked, it was their in game banners for the store that was leaked
Typically dataminers would reveal all of the renders of the cosmetics way ahead of time, like in the PTB months before they release.

I'm the opposite. I like to plan ahead and want to know whether to set aside some money for a game. Since I have no knowledge of what DBD is offering, it is going to go to someone more reliable. In the horror genre alone we have Dead Space, Resident Evil 4, and even Dead Island 2 which are either out or coming out right around the same time frame.
