Does Pain Resonance work for gen kicking perks?
Want to try something new and was thinking of Pain Res + Oppression on Doctor so the oppression skill check hits and its wonky, then Huntress Lullaby and maybe some other gen slowdown/regression perk if I wanna be sweaty or maybe just another perk to be annoying like Merciless Storm. I was wondering if this would work at all?

Merciless storm is terrible TBH, so is Oppression. The cooldown on it, is, well, oppressive. If you want the skill check aspect, Overcharge is probably better because you can apply it whenever you want basically. Even with pain res, you still can often kick gens.

Also I played a game and no, it doesn't work. Pain Res does pair nicely with Dead Man's still.

pain res doesn't activate on-kick perks, no
usually if people are running skillcheck doctor, i see some combination of Unnerving Presence, Huntress Lullaby, Merciless Storm, Coulrophobia, Distressing, Monitor, Agitation, Overwhelming Presence. in that order from most to least common.
