Other than Skull Merchant (which is obviously unfinished and probably will receive major improvements once she reaches live) I dont see how this is the worst chapter.
We got 2 banger Survivors with interesting perks, and theyll probably mark the beginning to Survivor lobby themes for every chapter. Cant forgot the update to one of the most bland maps in the game, Shelter Woods.
Considering she has missing SFX I have a feeling shes supposed to have voicelines as well, which would explain the awkward standing during her mori.

cause she doesn't need a buff she needs a rework. No need to white knight the chapter, we all know this chapter blows.

Its not white knighting as I have quite literally 0 incentive to do so, especially since Im basically putting a sign on me that says "laugh at me".
There are many other killers that received bad reception when they were on PTB but became pretty liked afterwards thanks to a few buffs from PTB to Live (or buffs shortly after their release to live) Wanna know 2 of the biggest ones? Spirit and Blight
Spirit had an absolute dog power, and many people complaining about it not being a Samurai since in the teaser we heard a man talking and murdering a woman. No one expected the killer of the chapter to be the victim. Blight is still some times complained about to this day for not having a power related to alchemy. Many people thought he'd be some form of transforming killer, (again thanks to a teaser) the most common guess was a Werewolf. When they got a goblin with a cane who had an unrefined power, no chase music, and very clearly missing SFX, people werent happy. There are more examples of this btw, these are just the 2 most prominent ones since they ended up becoming some of the strongest killers in the game
Im not just gonna hop on the hate train just because its the cool thing to do. Ill take a step back and look at things from a different angle to see if theres potential, and there absolutely is.

Let me point out my view in a little list:
1.) New Forest-Maps are looking good. I like the new look, its looking "fresh".
2.) Adding a Main Building to Shelter Woods is good. I like the concept and hope Wreckers Yard and the Coldwinn-Copy of it (forgot the name) will receive some changes too.
3.) New Game-Mechanic (Drone-WASD-Game) is refreshing. I like this a lot. More of it !!!
4.) Skull Merchant is not the strongest killer, but I have fun playing her. Also, she has two VERY good addons (Aura-Reading in Drone-Area + 2% Haste-Effect in Drone-Areas - two similar looking purple addons.
5.) I dislike the idea of bringing in TWO survivors, which ends up in 6 Survivor-Perks v. 3 Killer-Perks. NOT NECESSARY. We have more Survivor-Characters than Killers anyway.

Apparently it's an unpopular opinion but getting 2 survivors instead of 1 makes things way worse imho

What they said, especially the perks part: there's already way too many perks in this game and none of the ones getting released add anything meaningful while 2 of them are extremely badly designed (the two that promote tunneling)
It's just useless grind in case one wants to unlock them 'just in case' whil nothing meaningful is added.
This plus just a reminder that survivors are literal reskins and they could just merge all of them into one and literally nothing would be lost so adding two of them, as said earlier, is pointless grind and cash grab (merge in the sense that you can still select each one of them but they'd be treated as skins, not independent characters)
