I Feel they missed a real opportunity on this one. The way it should work is when you unhook a survivor they get the 6 second speed burst. The person who unhooked gets exhausted for 45 seconds. They should make the Borrowed time effect last 16 seconds so after the speed burst you still get 10 seconds of borrowed time. This way the killer get punished extremely for tunneling. Also the killer is incentivized to go after unhooker as they are exhausted and have no lithe, sprintburst, or DEAD HARD!

I think it's pretty cool now.

Actually it should give the unhooked survivor 180s of endurance that is not disabled by performing conspicuous actions, a permanent 10% speed boost and also decisive strike for ten minutes. Then it'd be balanced.
