Do i really need to buy Leon first? Or is there a way to buy just the Carlos Skin and play as Carlos?

    Being Carlos a legendary skin for Leon, you need to buy him first.

    There should be a way to buy a Legendary Skin outside of their characters.

    Instead perks should not be tied to "Leon" but his role as the "Rookie Police Officer"

    Cheryl and James Sunderland could easily share the "Veteran of Terror" Role

    Even tho Carlos does not really share the Role of "Rookie Police Officer"

    That being said I'm sure there is a way it could be done so Roles, Perks and the store being wide open without considerations.

    It's also a selling question. In my case, i was gonna purchase Carlos. But now i wont.

    It makes sense if we're just talking about legendary skins. But these are 2 different characters, at least in my eyes.

    When it comes to perks i was only interested in Flashbang, which i already got from the shrine.
