So iv played as Nemesis a few minutes ago at Dead Dawg Saloon map (survs used offering for it), prob SWF. These 4 buddies used exploit with cart near one of gens, which not allows Killer to hit survs any way (except range-powered Killers ofc), surv can freely just run into it and stay invincible.

No, killers can just walk up there. You just have to approach the cart from the right angle and walk into it, and then the killer will also walk up onto it.
