Boons don't make sound 90% of the time

The sound of a survivor creating a boon is almost always silent and does not give the killer the map-wide audio it's meant to do.

I've noticed it too! I usually find this if they have multiple boons. I'll generally hear the first instance, but after that any additional boons are silent 90% of the time.
