Make a skin of Dr evil and mini me.

Give Victor a tiny suit and hat

Eliminate the sound when Victor is unleashed.

If Victor is held hostage the survivor should lose blood as if he was in dying state. If not encouraged to get rid of him they will hold onto him as they have.
