It might take a while. The Dredge chapter took 5 or 6 months to be 50%, but the following chapters haven't being yet
Still, I rather pay for a little bit with real money and save the fragments for skins. I save more money like that.

I couldn't even by the chapter as a whole on Xbox. Had to buy all of the characters individually with Auric Cells.
