Teamwork: Power of Two + Blood Pact

I tried it because it seems op but it doesnt work as intended. whenever i heal the obsession, only teamwork power of two triggers, but not blood pact. so only 5% more speed. If i get healed by the obsession, blood pact triggers as intended ( without teamwork cuz it only triggers when i heal someone else ). If this is intended it should be clarified in the perks because just by the text they should work together.

if anything though, only blood pact should trigger without teamwork. doesnt make any sense how it is right now. i get only 1 boost and then the lesser one. yikes.
