Easy camping fixes - what are you waiting for??

You don't have to fix every camping issues at once, but you can start incremendtally.

1) Remove hook grabs. Seriously, what are you waiting for? This is such an unhealthy mechanic. It only serves as a chance for the camping killer to strengthen their camping situation. Games should revolve around skill, chases, not how good you can camp.

2) Disable chainsaw for Bubba and Billy when within a certain radius near the hook. Again, what are you waiting for?

    Billy and Bubba have instadown as their basekit. Ofc if you're exposed or injured that you can't easily unhook when ANY killer is camping. But if you're healthy, you should be able to either trade, or successfully unhook with the help of another person. Instadown chainsaw and hook grabs mess that up for survivors big time, and give the camper a huge advantage. Then the killers who aren't that good at the game resort to camping 'cause it's easy, rather than practice the killer and get better.

    Killers should be rewarded for skillful plays and ending chases fast, not for being able to instadown / grab anyone trying to unhook a person.
