New Survivor: Ed Jackson
Ed was a student of KV. College, he made a few friends that he was happy to keep, but things went wrong on the fabled day: 3rd of December 2013, the day the mass murder happened. He managed to escape by restoring the power and phoning the police. But he was scared, and he had the scar to prove it. But no one lasts sane forever...
Appearance: Wears a Dark Green Hoodie, Black Cargo Trousers, Brown Work boots. Has Brown Messy hair, Brown Eyes, Black Glasses. A scar over his cheek. And a Brown Trenchcoat.
Ed's Perks
1st perk: Grown Up Round these
Your ability to find mechimecha objects easily is now helpful. When standing within 36/42/48 meters of a generator or exit gate, their auras are revealed to you and their progress, depending on their strength in aura.
"I've grown up around these and can tell a mechanical object from a mile away"- Ed
2nd perk: Panic
The fear of being caught fills you with dread...
When inside the killers terror radius, you gain a 4 Percent speed boost on all actions. But while panic is active you make 15/10/5 Percent more noise on: Pained Screams, Vaulting and failing skill checks...
"Can you hear him? I can. Quickly! Work Faster! Don't give a ######### about noise, just get the job done!" -Ed, talking to Jake.
3rd Perk: Mechanical Skill
You gain a permanent 5/10/15 percent repair speed on generators and opening speed on exit gates. This effect also carries over to survivors in a 8/12/16 meter range. This effect will persist after 15/20/25 seconds. Skill checks appear 15/10/5 percent more than usual, this only applies to you.

Rare: Worn Backpack:
Can carry another item (Including in hand), and 2 add-ons... Takes 5 seconds to open
Very Rare: Broken Large Backpack can carry 2 more items (Including in hand) and 4 add-ons. Takes 3 seconds to open
Ultra rare: Can Carry 2 more Items (Including in hand) and 6 addons Can open whenevers
The more common the ITEM inside the bag. Gives a 3/2/1/0 percent decrease in speed
Killer: The Phantom
Backstory: The Phantom, Real name Tyne, last name is unknown, was a student at K.V college, but she suffered from insanity, her best friend knew about this, and came up with a way for her to vent, kill the school, and everyone inside of it. She agreed instantly hoping for a way to vent. The next day, they both came in wearing masks and knifes and other weapons in their hands, there was even a chainsaw hovering around. They went around and killed everyone they met. They would lock people in classrooms and then throw Molotov's inside. Only 1 person escaped the mass murder. So the Phantoms business was unfinished, which sent her into rage. Now she is in the entities realm where she found the last survivor of her killing spree...
The Phantoms Power is called 'Switch over'
As you hook a survivor, a alert will notify you ,at the location of the notification is a new weapon, it could be a chainsaw, throwabls or just another of your current weapon. You also gain the ability to through things. At the start of a trial you gain 5 flash bangs. Which blind survivors for 5 seconds. When hooking a survivor you can also find throwabls with the other weapons. You can find frag grenades and Molotov's.
Perks:
1st perk: Displeased
You are obsessed with one survivor. Every time you hook your obsession, all actions will have a speed penalty of 2/3/4 percent, if the obsession does, there is a 4/5/6 percent speed penalty on all actions.
"You can't keep me happy. I'll always find a way to make myself displeased."
2nd Perk: Reinforcement
Some/Most/All hooks are now reinforced. Reinforced hooks now have a 50 percent decrease in sabotaging/70 percent decrease in sabotaging/90 percent decrease in sabotaging. When hooking a survivor on a reinforced hook, progress on hook depletes 2/3/4 percent faster and escape chance is reduced by 2/2/3.

3rd Perk: Lockdown
You gain the ability to lock 10/20/30 lockers, windows and chests for the entire game. Survivors must lock pick the locks to be able to use lockers windows and chests. Lock picking takes 15/20/30 seconds. If a skillcheck is failed. The lock resets, but does not reveal the survivors location. Applying a lock takes 10/6/2 seconds

K, I changed Run like blood into a completely different perk, if anything is really that bad, leave a comment, it really helps...0

That backpack is awesome! I love items and have a huge stash on my Nea, I need this.

reinforcement is a great perk idea, personally could use some tweaking like, it shouldn't make all hooks invincible at tier 3, make it like a 90% penalty at most.

For lockdown, is there a limit to how many things can be locked at once?

Lockdown seems to powerful combine with bamboozle if its a window could be insane in some maps
