I completed both Adept Mastermind and Adept Thalita and did not receive my achievements on xbox.

Just did Adept Thalita again. Still no achievement. Confirmed broken on xbox.

Can add I've been working on these two for the past two days, three completions on ole' Weskyboi and two so far on Thalita
Can't exactly work on Onryo and these are the last ones I've yet to get
