Could Billy get an addon that lets him move and turn faster while overheated?

Give him a yellow tier meme addon that makes you overheat immensely quicker but gives him a massive bonus to movement speed and turn speed while overheated in chainsaw sprint.
Thought it'd be fun to play with an addon that gives you a really cracked singular chainsaw sprint that's held back by a long cooldown. That way it's hard to abuse in short chases and gives him some fun shenanigans he can do with longer sprints.

Listen. I'm all for that. But realistically speaking that's a mistake that will never be acknowledged or rectified. So I'd just like a funny add on to play with if it's gonna stick around.
