HADDONFIELD MAP GLITCH

I just played a match on Haddonfield and part of the wall was missing and there were weird textured blood stains on the floor. When I fell of the map I got TP'd back up (see clip)

I don't know if someone cheated this game but it seems unlikely.

    I had the same thing happen to me but on a different map. This was on PS5
