I could see giving him some extra speed on his sprints, but LoPro shouldn't be made basekit.

just give billy an add-on pass and remove overheat

Considering the chains cannot down, I don't see why not. Make the chains base kit, and then make the ACTUAL chains allow you to down on them.

Nah. He needs buffs but that’s not how it should be done

Give him a scaling charge reduction based on overheat for encouraging risky plays and his cooldown add-ons back. If blight and huntress get them why shouldn’t he?

Also fix map geometry. Eyrie and new red forest are miserable for him

    Billy need more changes.

    1. Addon rework
    2. Overheat removed
    3. reduced stuntime on objects
    4. Maybe make him a litlle bit faster, to make him able to curve better, because all of the new maps hurt him very much (red forest, Garden of pain, RPD these are very bad for billy. Beeing a little bit faster can make up the bad colisions of these maps)

    lowprow basekit wouldnt do much

I mean, would it make Billy uncounterable? No, definitely not. Would it fix his issues, though? Most certainly not.

It pains me to say but the only thing that can help Billy is a quite excessive rework. Anything else would be nice but it wouldn't really solve his issues. And Billy has a lot of those.

I think what Billy really needs is a collision rework.

He's waaay too punished for colliding with objects and that makes him very clunky to play. That's where they should buff him.
