Tome Lore Clarification

For this section of the update:

"And if you’ve been waiting to learn more about your favourite characters from years past, don’t worry, they won’t be forgotten! Older characters will still be featured throughout new Tomes as minor characters. "

Does this mean that:

a) older characters who have yet to be featured in tomes will NOT receive their own featured lore

b) characters who have already had their lore featured will not receive repeats (eg. David, Blight)

c) older characters who have not been featured WILL be featured, but only in licensed tomes? (ala Mikaela to Ghostface - btw, why did neither of them get videos?) edit: I misread the update, it looks like it actually meant the tome coinciding with the release of a licensed chapter would feature original characters. But does this also mean A & B are also correct?

I think a lot of people would really appreciate the clarification on this because the vast majority of characters who have yet to receive their own featured lore are people of colour, specifically women, including Feng who has been in the game for six years and, despite receiving plenty of cosmetics, has not had her lore expanded once.

    I don't think so - because as they said not all licensed characters are going to get tomes due to license issues, so chances are when that happens they'll do an original character we haven't had yet or repeat any if wanted.

    I think they're just ALSO going to start doing more side stories for other characters (probably in the observer entries).

    EDIT: Ah you covered that in point c - that'll teach me for skim reading. Friday brain.

    No worries tho I get Friday brain lol.

    But since you mentioned side characters, yeah, that is another question I had... how are we defining them as minor characters? Is it:

    a) as it works now, where they might get challenges/a rift outfit, but no lore

    b) they'll only be mentioned in stories focused on other characters

    c) they will get their own tome lore, but it will be smaller than the "featured" characters?
