The next killer meta
Now that all but 1 gen regression perk has been destroyed.I think the new meta it's going to be corrupt,DMS, deadlock and jolt for m1 killers. Maybe even eruption it's probably the second best regression perk now.

Sloppy Butcher. Pop looking nicer with all the other nerfs. You may still see Over Brine just because there’s nothing better to use, so might as well.

Sloppy Butcher & Save the Best For Last are gonna be a must on Basic Attack Killers. Sloppy is gonna guarantee that no one is healthy now with the new heal times.

But eruption and jolt give overall regression while pop is current progress. The only problem with eruption is you have to kick gens and it's not worth kicking gens. The new over brine maxes out at 250% I believe and you have to spend time walking to and kicking it and hope you get value.

i don't know about bs as 20% isn't much and even in a gen kick meta it wasn't that prevalent

Sloppy is redundant when survivors dont heal at all.
if you think 2 survivors willing to spend 60sec to heal each other instead of 52sec doing Gen..

yknow back in my day Survivors were actually stronger thanks to a number of factors, and the only gen regression perk was Ruin (which was VASTLY different)
If we could make it through that for nearly 3 years, you can deal with Eruption being the 2nd best

Play corrupt/deadlock/sloppy/SBFL ( save the best for last )
I personally will play Deadlock/sloppy/endurance/spirit fury since DH nerf chases will end sooner ( unless unhook guy runs at you for a chase cuz he have his DH now but it will take some coordination to do so )

While CoB is still okay for information, CoB + OC is crap now for actual regression.
CoB alone will be 0.3125c/s for up to 60 seconds; if left for the entire 60 seconds, it’s only 3.75 extra charges of regression compared to normal (this was previously 15 extra, 30 total). The extra regression is 0.0625c/s, instead of 0.25c/s.
OC will start at 0.2125c/s and go up to 0.325c/s over 30 seconds, instead of 0.1875 to 0.5.
If you put them together, they stack additively, so you would start at 0.275c/s (0.2125 + 0.0625) and get up to 0.3875c/s for 30 seconds, then drop back to 0.325c/s (when CoB ends at the 60 second mark). With the previous iteration, either of these perks alone gave you 0.5c/s at max and 0.75c/s combined.

While I agree, there’s also no better replacements. So someone like Hag or SM might still use them since their entire kit is about defending gens.

its not redundant. survivors with a med-kit will be able to heal in 24 seconds. with add-on, you can heal total of 2 times. With Build to last(Felix perk), You can go into locker and recharge your med-kit from 0->100%. This is 4 total heals. Sloppy butcher will easily become new meta. Build to last+Med-kit are new meta for survivor. Once again, Perk A(COH) being replaced by perk B(Build to last).
On killer, since pain res, cob and overcharge have been neutered. Healing slowdown will be most popular slowdown to run. In addition to sloppy butcher, you will see be seeing Jolt+Eruption+Deadlock+Sloppy butcher. You might not see these perks all run at once, but you will be seeing combination of these perks as new gen defence meta.
Survivor only need change 1 perk to fix their meta and just keep using same items. Killer need change their entire build. huge changes for killer. very minor changes for survivor.

Yeah it's definitely replaceable. For me it's like a shadow born addiction that came from loving pallet eater killers.

We're going back to the meta before 6.1.0: Deadlock, Corrupt and No Way Out. Basically gen lockdown instead of gen regression, which imo is way healthier.

Its not even stupid game balancing, the game is in more of a fine state and will be even moreso once this patch goes live (al though those Billy changes seemed quite stupid)

+8sec for every heal affect more than you think just buying 8sec for each hit you get.
