Upcoming Hillbilly nerf
This upcoming nerf to one of his only viable and most fun add-on combinations is unreasonable. All it does is discourage people from mastering him.
Overheat changes are welcome, but those only matter to the people who are newer to him and not used to managing his overheat by now.
Overheating wasn't a problem in chase, unless you're constantly feathering your saw and going for random curves. Engravings were the only add-ons, along with Lo-pro, that were beneficial to curve Billy.
With these new changes, if you're curving you'll be overheating even faster.. and moving slower - making curving even more punished than it already is with all these random collisions.
I really hope the community gets more vocal about this, and all the other not so.. good changes.

I see absolutely no one complaining about these add ons, so I just don’t understand why BHVR even considers nerfing them.

And the fact that Blight, Spirit and Michael get to keep there overpowered addons show they have a bias against Billy

The fact that blight continues to evade an add-on pass just so BHVR can continue to destroy billy is beyond belief. Just absolutely bizarre decision making here.

The way Mr Mookle can mori someone with 0 hooks is fine but fast Billy is not. Wild honestly

Maybe behaviour got tired of nerfing pig and decided to nerf hillbilly. Seriously though this is ridiculous.

You see, stats say we 10 Billy mains out there were using engravings in the 2 trials we've won in the last two years.
Diagnosis: those addons are overused.
Solution: nerf engravings and buff alc ring.

It really does seem like a personal vendetta against Billy at this point. They've never even attempted to explain the logic behind any of it, probably because there is none. "Misusing his saw" was the best explanation they could muster for the overheat mechanic. And I guarantee they can't explain why Engravings are problematic from a specific gameplay perspective without sweeping them away as "overperforming".
